ICE4PETS is a brand new concept and service, giving pet owners that all important peace of mind that, should they be incapacitated or involved in an accident, their pets will always be looked after and, in the event of a pet owners untimely death, their pets will be properly cared for and re-homed, as per their owners wishes and instructions.

This invaluable service works when you register with ICE4PETS and nominate two pet carers of your choice {either family, friends, neighbours etc.} who have agreed to care for your pets, have access to your home or know your key holder in an emergency.

Should the nominated pet carers not be available, we also request that you provide ICE4PETS with the details of an appropriate cattery, kennels etc whom you know or already have an agreement with, in case of an emergency.

You may be thinking to yourself "I do not need ICE4PETS" and that "I can sort this out myself" but what if both your nominated pet carers happened to be on holiday, ill or unavailable, all at the same time? How would the emergency services know who to get in touch with? Your peace of mind and our backup will always be your nominated cattery, kennels etc.

Your initial welcome pack includes a special container that emergency services are trained to recognise and a large sticker, to be placed in a prominent position, indicating exactly where your container is kept - we strongly suggest the fridge - hence, ICE4PETS! The container holds a form listing all your pet’s details covering  it's health, diet, likes, dislikes and even who you have chosen to re home your pet in the event of your death.

We will also supply a handy credit card sized document listing two emergency telephone numbers monitored by ICE4PETS, 24 hours a day, directing everyone that comes into contact with this card to telephone our company as pets lives could be in danger if the card carrier is incapacitated or incapable of arranging that all important pet care themselves.
